Online Policy: We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on website purchases. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and will consider exceptions, on an individual basis. Thank you for your understanding. 

In Store Policy: Exchanges only within 10 days, at our discretion, and only in original condition, unused, with tags and receipt. No returns or exchanges on Sale or Discounted items.
